Therapy Practice
My private practice is located in South Orange, NJ, just a 30 minute train ride from midtown Manhattan. I also offer telehealth services for residents of New York and New Jersey and coaching is available to folks worldwide.
I currently work with adults, teens, and couples+. I also provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy & psychedelic integration as well as Creativity Coaching.​
My specialties include working with members of the LGBTQ+ community, adolescents/young adults, creative artists, neurodivergence, sexual and intimacy challenges, and those struggling with existential anxiety/despair.​​​​​
Treatment Approach
I believe that a strong, supportive relationship between the therapist and client is a fundamental factor in treatment.
My primary theoretical orientation is psychodynamic/relational, although I tailor treatment to meet the needs and goals of the individual. I see therapy as a collaborative process and empower those I work with to help direct the course of treatment. Additionally, I take a holistic view that includes attending to societal power structures that can contribute to and exacerbate the difficulties people face.
